01Who we are

Katreo Digital ("Katreo", "we", "us") is a software studio based in Konya, Türkiye. We build and operate our own mobile applications, web platforms and internal tools. For everything described in this policy, the data controller is Katreo Digital and the contact point is [email protected].

02Scope

This policy covers:

• The website katreo.com and its subdomains.
• Any Katreo-operated service that links here and does not publish its own policy.

03The katreo.com website

What we collect

The website is a static marketing site. The only personal data we collect is the email address you voluntarily submit through the contact form, if you choose to use it. Our web server also keeps standard technical request logs — IP address, timestamp, requested URL and user agent — as any web server does.

Why we collect it

• Email address — to reply to your message about working with us. We do not add it to a newsletter and we do not share it.
• Server logs — to keep the site available, debug errors and defend against abuse.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use cookies, advertising pixels, third-party analytics or cross-site tracking of any kind on katreo.com. The site stores a single value in your browser's local storage (katreo-theme) to remember whether you prefer the light or dark theme. That value never leaves your browser and is not personal data.

Deleting your address

Email [email protected] and we will delete your address from our records. No confirmation loop, no retention period.

04Data sharing

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising. We disclose personal data in two situations only: to infrastructure providers strictly necessary to run our services, such as hosting and email delivery, acting on our instructions and limited to what the service requires; and where a valid legal obligation requires it. No other transfers occur.

05Security

We serve everything over HTTPS, encrypt credentials and access tokens at rest, restrict server access to the account owner, and keep secrets out of source control and out of logs. No system is perfectly secure and we will not claim otherwise — but we deliberately hold as little data as possible, which is the most effective control available to us.

06Your rights

Under the GDPR and Türkiye's KVKK (Law No. 6698) you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, its correction or deletion, a restriction on how we process it, or a copy in a portable format — and you may object to processing. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge for a reasonable request.

07Children

Our services are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

08Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services change. The current version always lives at katreo.com/privacy, and the date at the top reflects the last revision. Material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect.
